Bilingual College Access Navigator

Position Overview:
We are hiring a Bilingual College Access Navigator to help students and families navigate the college process. This one-year role is ideal for someone passionate about education, skilled in communication, and excited to be a resource in the Rochester community.
Responsibilities:
Plan and lead college access events and workshops
Explain financial aid and college application processes to students and families
Support the Assistant Director with the Student Ambassador Program
Represent REF at community events
Manage and distribute a monthly newsletter
Collect and track program data
Use creativity to increase student and family engagement
Qualifications:
Bilingual (Spanish)
Bachelor’s degree or Associate’s with 2+ years of related experience
Strong public speaking and interpersonal skills
Passion for college access and equity in education
Comfortable working with diverse audiences
Knowledge of FAFSA, TAP, and college application systems
Tech-savvy and organized

Pay and Benefits:
$40,000/year
Generous paid time off, 3% 401(k) match
