Rochester College Access Network

The Rochester Education Foundation (REF) convenes the Rochester College Access Network (RCAN). RCAN comprises RCSD and charter school counselors and administrators, professionals from the admissions and financial aid offices of local colleges and universities, and community-based organizations. RCAN was launched in April 2013. The mission of this collaborative group is to increase college access and success through coordinated communication, coalition, and advocacy to enable students in Rochester to meet their full potential.
